How can I apply to Chair or serve as Crisis Staff?  

Chairing and Crisis applications for TLVMUN 2017 will open on Jan. 1, 2017.

Can I bring a delegation? 

Of course! You can found and register a delegation via the MyMUN conference page. For any queries, please send us a message through the Contact Us page regarding registering a delegation. 

 

How many members may a delegation have?

A delegation is a minimum of 2 people. We do not have a set maximum.

Who can participate?

Our conference is a university-level conference and is intended for university students. We require that participants be over 18 years of age in order to take part in our socials. If you are not a university student, but are over the age of 18, you are welcome to join us as a chair or delegate.

What is the pre/post-programme?

The pre/post-programme is an interactive trip, introducing students to the top tourist destinations in Israel. The specific details of the programme will be made available closer to the conference.

What are the transportation options?

Tel Aviv has a great public transport system. Specifically, we have buses, trains and taxis. The City of Tel Aviv also has rental bike docking stations located throughout the city, with several docking stations on the university campus itself.

Are there any holidays in Israel during the conference?

There will not be any major holidays in Israel at the time of the conference. However, the Jewish "Shabbat" or sabbath takes place every Friday night through Saturday evening. During this time, public transportation does not run, however taxis and the majority of Tel Aviv businesses such as restaurants, bars, and clubs will still be in operation.
